Cons: Toooo many kids in the pool and the steam room was down which cant be helped from time to time i guess.

Cons: When I called on the phone, they were asking ~70 euro more than the price I paid on Kayak!

Cons: Returning back to hotel late one night no one was manning the garage gate and had to send someone into the hotel to get buzzed into the garage (if there was a number code for it, it wasn't provided).

Cons: Due to its location downtown, it was rather noisy at night from the bar goers. However, it being close to downtown was a plus, so it was a trade off. Also, since the hotel took over the neighboring building, it was a bit of a trek to get to our room. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but I expect that from a continental breakfast

Cons: There was little to no water pressure in the shower head even though they had expensive rain shower heads. It was a slow drip to take a shower. The room smells musty because it's OLD. We had 3 beds in our room, 2 of which were not cleaned because their covers were dusty - probably from people using the larger king bed and not the 2 smaller twin beds in the room. The mattresses were springy and soft - like sleeping on a trampoline. The hot water pot was full of white and black calcium build up that was never cleaned. The only good thing was the renovated bathroom with white tiles and a new toilet. There wasn't even free parking like my booking suggested. It was $10 for over night parking at a garage nearby.

Cons: Our room had three single beds in it that were crammed into the space you'd normally find a single queen bed. The light above the bathroom sink had come out of the wall and was flickering because of a bad connection. Overall the hotel seemed a bit dirty; just small impressions like the stainless steel elevators being covered in finger prints.

Cons: Spa was unprofessional.

Cons: The restaurant was over-priced for the breakfast buffet compared to other places we stayed on this trip. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed by large groups on tour busses, which made for slow service. Basically, the restaurant was understaffed and over-priced. The Coco Café a short walk up the street had an excellent Irish breakfast and good service for about 1/2 of the cost of the hotel.

Cons: Walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers beware.

Cons: Service was rude, staff uninterested in helping us, and made us lose $ and time figuring out how to use their "validated" parking in the city center structure. The manager on our last day was very helpful and gave us a partial refund for parking $, but was not able to give us back our lost time to see the countryside and beat crowds to Cliffs of Moher. The only elevator was broken for around 12 hours and we had to walk up 4 stories with no apology, just a "there are the stairs". Roommkeys deactivated on second day and after hiking back down 4 stories the gentleman at the desk responded with "well how many nights are you staying?". What is that supposed to imply? Again no apology. would not recommend this Hotel unless nothing else is available for distance to city center.

Cons: Bigger windows in the room or ones that can open more

Cons: This hotel is over-priced for what is on offer. The rooms are tattty and old-fashioned. And very hot. The breakfast was suitable at E10. For my three days stay there was never a functioning toilet, which I complained about daily, and it was not fixed. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel.
