Pros: Location
Cons: Sadly, this hotel was very overbooked. When the clerk checked us in and gave us our room keys , we went directly to our room,It was occupied!!! We went back to the desk, the poor clerk was frazzled, stated she had no rooms left. She found us a room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable!
Cons: A little tough getting out of parking lot onto Rte 1.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly.
Cons: Wish other pet owners cleaned up after their pets like we do. Our world would be much more dog friendly if they did. Not really the fault of the staff but beware of dog poops all over the property.
5.0 Okay
Cons: They never came in and made up the bed or left clean facecloth. Then at 9am the following morning they knocked on the door to tell us checkout was at 11:00 and to take our bags with us and leave the door open. I have never had any hotel so that.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Slept great! Quiet. Great location.
Cons: Wish you offered breakfast like BW in Bangor. (That being said, had fabulous breakfast at Muddy Rudder). Also wish you offered County Coupons like other BW in Maine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Remarkably well kept property; clean, comfortable and cozy in a Maine winter. A real bargain.
Cons: Needs a shower caddy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I let the desk clerk know that I was unable to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs, so he gave me a room on the ground floor. I was able to park close to my room. The room had a generous-sized fridge and floor to ceiling windows with drapes for privacy. I was able to tune in an NPR station on the radio. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. There's an excellent cafe serving breakfast and lunch just a short walk from the rooms. It seems to be a favorite of the locals, too.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about at all. I intend to stay here again on my next trip to Freeport.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, quiet, big room
6.3 Good
Pros: We were traveling with our dog and we liked that this property allowed dogs.
Cons: The bathroom door did not stay shut. Luckily we had a cooler to prop up against it. Also, when we were making coffee, we found an old pod in the coffee maker.
7.0 Good
Pros: Fantastic cafe in front of the hotel.
Cons: Stayed on the second floor and could hear a lot of stomping from the floor above.
7.0 Good
Pros: Mattress's was in very poor condition I could put my hole arm threw the side of the matteress

Pros: The only redeeming quality is that this is between out two favorite city's in NE.
Cons: Room was dirty, tissues were empty and I had a cold so it was very inconvenient, there was trash on the nightstand. On top of that the room we were originally given was the wrong type of room so at 10:30pm we had to swap rooms after a 4 hour drive. Worst of all the pillows were terrible, no support no comfort at all, had a very difficult time sleeping. Happy Valentine's getaway to us... The man at the front seat not very personable or understanding.

Pros: Staff were very friendly. Hotel was located within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Free parking. Good breakfast on-site. Because I’m a honors member we had free bottled water which was great.
Cons: A fire alarm went off in the morning but at least the alarm equipment was working. I wanted a fan in the bathroom bc sometimes ppl make noise that they’d like to muffle. Pros: I cannot add to the excellency of the reviews of this Bed and Breakfast. I can only reiterate that Kelleigh and Dave are as warm and hospitable as everyone says they are. Kelleigh is an energetic host who made us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The three course gourmet breakfast, which was one of the reasons we chose Brewster House, exceeded our expectations and made our stay as memorable as any I could imagine! Freeport, ME, is a better place for having a Bed and Breakfast like this! Lovely bathroom and bedroom accomodations were icing on the cake. We were guests on an icy cold winter day with snow sparkling outside the dining room window. The dining room itself was charming and sunlit. It was a little bit of heaven for the dining experience alone! You don't have to be a Freeport shopper to want to come here! I would love to have tarried a few more days in this charming inn, and missed the opportunity to relax in the comfortable room with a gas fireplace, which was situated next to the dining room.
Cons: I have nothing negative to report.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome by charming and helpful owners. Clean, spacious, well appointed room, including hooks in the bathroom (something sadly lacking from many B&Bs and hotels). Short walk to LL Bean, shopping and restaurants. Delicious, complete breakfast, served graciously.

His creativity with breakfast food made our breakfasts Top Chef worthy. Kelleigh timed all our courses perfectly. She was so attentive but not intrusive. She offered recommendations for local points of interest and nice restaurants to have dinner. By the time we left we felt more like family! We will definitely come back to Brewster House Bed and Breakfast. Thank you Kelleigh and Dave!

Pros: Very friendly, welcoming, and service oriented staff. Accommodations were clean and fresh. Great breakfast.
Cons: Small gripe- our bed was too soft for our preference, but serviceable for our short stay hence the one star deduction for comfort.

Pros: Clean, convenient location, friendly staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We appreciated the courteous front desk personnel, especially Hannah. She remembered our call days prior to our arrival. She followed through and made our visit a memorable stay.
Cons: If I had to critique something, it would be to have a larger breakfast buffet area. Very tight to maneuver with so many hungry guests. However the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of freshly baked continental items, juices , cereals , bagels , waffle station and crest coffee. The staff kept pace with crowd, as well. Kudos.

Pros: Exceptionally clean. The lobby was very welcoming, and the young lady who checked us in was very personable and helpful.
Cons: A brighter light in our room would have been helpful.

Pros: Clean and cozy. Just right for holiday shopping+ weekend with my Sisters.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were many nooks and crannies where you could sit and meet with other guests besides the standard amenities
Cons: The office area is locked off until 7:00am. If you want to leave before this time, you must do so without checking out, and, almost as important, getting a cup of coffee for the road.

Pros: Casco Bay Inn has been our "first night stop" for at least ten years on our annual trip to Maine. Although under new ownership it continues to offer the same quality and warmness as always. We will definitely be calling to make our 2017 reservations in January
