They texted me two days before my reservation saying they didn’t have either of the vans I rented. The manager had the nerve to say on the phone “a reservation isn’t a guarantee”. If it isn’t a guarantee then why would I ever reserve a car with enterprise again? Anyway, it was a major bummer. Had to cancel my whole staff party that we put so much work into planning because I couldn’t find another two 16 passenger vans for a reasonable price. :(Reviewed 1 Feb 2023

Pros:The staff was very courteous.Cons:The car class I ordered was not available and nothing even close was on the lot. The car they gave me was dirty and I had to wait while they cleaned it. It was delivered to me with a broken seat adjustment knob and with only a half tank of gas.Reviewed 12 Jun 2019
