To start we were not able to get the car. Upon arrival while raining cats and dogs the sales person proceeded to inform us that he didn’t have a car available. He sent us back to wait for him to have a car but without the warranties to have one and without a timeline. We were forced to change plans. He also told us that we should rent direct with them, they prioritize those and this is not the first time I get that feedback, bad business for Kayak.Reviewed 1 Jan 2024

Cons:No one at enterprise office it was closed No one at fountain blue knew anything about were to pick up car Lost two hours waiting on phone Costumer help n managers totally useless Finally figured out the address was not in fountain blue even though clearly said fountain blue Walked two blocks had to wait on another line for hour Manager at alimo felt bad gave me car for free A for effort but how dose enterprise not know what or were or who to call? Pros:Nothing. They didn’t have any cars for us to take and left us stranded.Cons:Everything. They didn’t have any cars for us to take and left us stranded. The girl was rude and didn’t communicate well as to how she was trying to fix the problem. We ended up leaving the location and going with a rental car down the street.Reviewed 13 Oct 2020

Pros:Nothing.Cons:Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Reserved a convertible. Not only did they not have a convertible, but they actually didn’t have ANY cars available at the time we reserved. And we had a tour booked that we were trying to make. After an hour they told us that they’d located a car but that it was getting an oil change and therefore may take another hour. So we canceled, ubered to Budget, and got a car on the spot.Reviewed 13 Oct 2020

Pros:The convertible mustang was perfect for driving down the coast from Miami to Key West!Cons:After confirming location, I ubered from my hotel which cost 27$ to the location because I could not get in touch with anyone to pick me up, which was the main reason I chose enterprise. The location was closed and I called Enterprise’s main number and they told me to go to another location which was also closed. At this point I had more in Uber than I did in the rental. I finally got ahold of another location and had to Uber again there. Once I got the car there was no walk around, it had a half a tank of fuel causing me to make another stop, and was filthy inside and smelled of smoke.Reviewed 8 Jun 2020
