Cons:I received a conformation and show up to the rental with no cars available I lost 2 hours plus Uber rides because of that. I also paid for insurance that charged me so now I have to go through that process.Reviewed 26 Jan 2021

Cons:I made a reservation for 1pm in Miami Beach at 4332 Collins Ave. I arrived at Alamo at 1pm. There was a line of 100 people and only 2 people working for Alamo. I waited for almost 2.5 hours and finally got my car at 3:27pm. You owe me for 2.5 hours that I paid for but didn’t use plus wasting 2.5 hours of my life.Reviewed 2 Jan 2021
