It was a full live party and fight that lasted from 5pm- 12:30pm. This is ridiculous! I asked for another room and was never granted that, I want my MONEY back! I have never felt so uncomfortable, unsafe, and unheard. I didn’t pay for this and didn’t deserve this treatment. Next time I travel for a teaching conference from Charlotte, I will stay else where.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location for a stop in a road trip is perfect, it's right on the side of the highway. There are really good restaurants around.
Cons: The breakfast is too basic. Cleanliness could be better.

Cons: The room smelled
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Coffee in the room. WIFI. Charging station, especially since I had forgotten my charger, only had my wire from the car.
Cons: Great for a good nights sleep. A little outdated.
5.0 Okay
Pros: N/A
Cons: Day shift person was not very pleasant to me asking for a piece of paper and pen. Yes I'm serious!
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Old and not so clean Not worth the price
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Not what I expected at all.
Cons: It’s close to a freeway, almost deserted. The clerk placed me on the back of the hotel obviously where chaos and behaviors lurk and fester. I called the desk twice to complain of noise and disturbance. All I was told was she would call the other room and tell them to quiet down.
