10.0 Excellent
Pros: The watermark is in an excellent location! Very clean, comfy, and welcoming!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel. Valet was very welcoming. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Only a couple of things that needs consideration. One is that we had a skylight in our room, which was fine, but there was not a shade for it. First thing in the morning the light starts coming in the room. This is not conducive for sleeping in:( Also, our room was a wonderful size, but there is no place for actually getting ready like hair and makeup. With the sink being on the smaller size for counter space, I felt that the large extra space in the room could have been used for a dressing area with a mirror and plugs for dressing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Room was gorgeous and comfortable.
Cons: Issues at front desk.. after I checked in and was in the room, front desk checked some other guest to my room .. suddenly someone came into my room ... not a pleasant situation. Front desk did offer some compensation.

Pros: The staff were great. Everyone was super friendly and seem to enjoy being there. We were outside in the smoke area and the housekeepers came and bought us towels to wipe the rain off the bench. In the dining area, we were a little late. (close to closing) The friendly staff lady came and bought us our waffles at the table for breakfast. For dinner, the bartender came around asking us if we wanted drinks because he was closing. I would rate this hotel as excellent.

Pros: The bed and pillows! This was the best night's sleep in a long time. A great ending to travels.
Cons: none
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the big walk-in shower.
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, hotel was clean, room was attractive with all usual amenities, breakfast menu was limited to mostly hot items, but what was offered was good. Staff in restaurant and front desk were friendly.
Cons: On two consecutive nights of my four night stay, I went to the bar and was told it was closed, even though staff was present, and I arrived 15 minutes before advertised closing on one night and 30 minutes before closing on the second. Pricing for the breakfast was very confusing. a sign said the price was over $13, but a waitress said it was $11. Some rooms get coupons for a free breakfast, but coupons can be purchased for $10. After I purchased two tickets, I found that staff did not collect them anyway. Room charges as a result of initially booking through a third party and then extending my stay were a mess that required a couple trips to the front desk and a phone call after checkout.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Pets should be secured on one floor. Walking out to a dog is not great for a person who fears dogs and suffers from anxiety.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to where I needed to attend a meeting.
4.2 Okay
Cons: Nasty floor!!!!! apparently the toilet had overflowed in our room before we came. Our entire floor was soaking wet. When I told management they apologized but still charge me $123. The reason you charge $123 is because there's nothing wrong with the room. If somethings wrong or you have to wipe your feet off to get in the bed, management should compensate, apologies don't clean up your feet so you can get in the bed without wiping them off with a towel!!! What makes the night better is when you offer impeccable service and cleanliness and, if can't then make up for it in some other way. Just like everything else in America, Hampton inn is going south; quality is not at the top of the list. Service don't mean anything anymore and the customer is no longer right unless it puts money in the pocket of the Organization

Pros: Lovely staff from reception through to chef who made our dinner last night. Everyone went that one step further to help and make our stay enjoyable.
Cons: Fridge would have been nice but no issue for an overnight stay.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed was great. Across the street from the place we needed to work at
Cons: Our room stunk. Old used soap in the shower. Bed looked like it was lazily made with dirty sheets. Had to call three times to get new bedding and the front desk girl finally had to bring it herself because it was taking too long. Once received realized it was not the full bedding set, short a sheet and blanket. Didn't have the room I booked. Very small room, have to pay extra for one breakfast item, no microwave or fridge in the room, can hear everything through the walls including the ice maker, light comes through the hotel room door when you are trying to sleep. Stayed in hotels all over and never written a bad review. Won't be coming back.

Pros: Nice clean quiet room for a good price. I picked this location because it's close to my son's home. And so far this is the best hotel I've stayed at.
Cons: The toilet paper was the worst. Going to the bathroom is something everybody does multiple times a day hotels could do a better job of getting better toilet paper. They would not want to use this paper at their home would they?

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was really clean.

Pros: Location of hotel was nice!+
Cons: I checked in on 2/1 and checked out on 2/2. I woke up with ROACHES in the bathroom. I called downstairs to tell the front desk and she said maintenance would up. In the mean time the roaches were running around the room and bathroom (I have pics). Maintenance comes and he sees the roaches and spray and before leaving he says they're not gonna hurt you. I said i know that but the money that i paid for this room there should not be any roaches anywhere. I go downstairs to check out and i ask to speak to the manager and of course the manager/owner is not there but i was assured they would be in around 1 or 2 that day. The girl at the front desk left a note on the owner/manager door for them to give me a call AND IT NEVER HAPPENED. I showed her the pics of the roaches and the video i took. Fast forward to Tuesday 2/4 no one had returned my call so i give the hotel a call and i spoke with Dipan Patel and he says I was going to give you a call later on. I told him how disgusted i was with my stay due to the ROACHES and he tells me that he's not sure if the roaches came in with me and my luggage or they came in from outside. He said he only could give me a 15% discount of my total which calculated to about $16. He apologized for my inconvenience and said that was all he could do. Guess what I was still charged the full amount for the room. I have been calling COPORATE and leaving messages and no one has returned my call. Bad customer service and I'm very disappointed in Dipan (manager of hotel) the owner is Kevish Patel.
