Pros (+) Had this hotel been renovated and modernized it would be a jewel because of the perfect location . The windows are new and you can't hear the noise of the traffic outside. The bathroom is fine but the rooms need an upgrade. No carpets please. The location is the best, waterfront and historical center right there. The staff were amazing , friendly and calm. Some parking available.
Cons (-) The breakfast was average to disappointing, but we only stayed one night . The room we had needs a designers touch,

Pros (+) We had stayed at this hotel once before and found it met all our needs. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. On our last visit our room overlooked the square and had a balcony and had great views of the lake. On this visit our room faced the lake and was gorgeous. Very attentive staff at the restaurant and the food was great too.
