It was much cheaper than other hotels in the area. As it happens, it was very conveniently located. Very clean and
Pros:The staff was pretty helpful and friendly.
Cons:Doors were so hard to open, and the key reader malfunctioned multiple times.
Pros:Wasn’t pleased at all
Cons:There was a roach in the first room immediately as I walked in, with black hair left on the bed, and what appeared to be a gum stain on the bed sheet. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The second room was in somewhat disrepair, with holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, and when I pulled the sheets back, there were bugs on the bed. I left to go somewhere else and requested a full refund.
Pros:.........it was room, with a bed, a/c, running water mediodre facialitys at best.
Cons:I booked this room thur booking .com was given a price. Once I checked out only to be charged a different rate. Checking in and out, front desk ppl, very unhelpful. Only answer I could get was call management. As a retired, disable U.S.Marine I expect you to honor what you advertise. Do what you say, say what you do! Throughly disappointed.
Pros:Close to family who is ill. Bed was comfortable.
Cons:The smell was horrible. We were on the first floor and the hallways smelled like cigarettes so bad! My husband also thought he smelled marijuana coming from one of the rooms. The room itself didn't smell quite as bad as the hallway. It was dark and had poor lighting to see anything. The bathroom caulking was moldy. The next morning we had a roach crawling on the desk in the room. We were worried some may have gotten in our suitcase overnight so we had to empty it completely to check. After we got home I could still smell the awful cigarette smell in our bags and clothing. I will be looking elsewhere when I coke back to Cincinnati in a few weeks.
Pros:Nothing besides the fact that it was 5 minutes away from my place of business.
Cons:Disgusting room, carpet had holes, door into bathroom looked like it has been kicked in. Smelled like smoke even though I was in non smoking area. I'll be amazed if I don't get bed bugs.
Pros:The staff was somewhat helpful
Cons:I was charged 10$ more than price quoted and paid on my card. Looked at my statement and nobody could figure out why my debit card was overcharged. Bathroom tub was very dirty with mold in it. Television in first room didn't work. Switched to another room 1990 model tv. Was approached a few times if I wanted to buy drugs while I was at the pool where the sides were black and hadn't been cleaned. Very disappointed overall. No snack machines only soda pop. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Pros:It was clean. The front desk guy was awesome
Cons:I requested a non smoking room. There was smoking everywhere in the facility. EVEN IN THE NON SMOKING AREA. The room was filthy - and my children ended up getting bit by something- we can only attribute it to bed bugs. The beds were worn out to the point that there was foam mats under the sheets to help with the worn out beds. the breakfast that was offered was stale cereal and dry muffins. This was not a breakfast that we thought we would have been provided. which ended up costing us more than we anticipated because we had to go out for breakfast. Also to top it off the hotel is right next to a bar. Loud music and more smoking everywhere you went. These circumstances are not conducive for people with ASTHMA and small children. If I had known this was this bad of a hotel I would have never reserved it. Unfortunately we had to stay here because it was non refundable and also most hotels in the area were booked. I feel that I was taken for my money and will never book this hotel or any days in - in the future.
Cons:Holes in sheets, no remote, no hot water in morning, only half of lights worked
