Pros (+) Room were older but newer furniture and very clean. Bathroom older but nice towels and very clean. I had a pet ans accommodations were good with small pet fee. Parking lot was very small and when you drive looks old and tired. Good value for he lonely ans similar smaller motels along street close to tourist locations

Pros (+) Staff went out of their way to appease. Small, quite, 50's style motel. Reminded me of my grandmother's house with no recent updates.
Cons (-) This is not a 3 star motel as indicated by Kayak. It goes back to the old saying you get what you pay for.

Pros (+) Very clean, tastefully decorated interior, friendly and accommodating staff. One block to gocery store.
