Pros (+) Stay was Awesome Excellent Customer Service!!!!
Cons (-) I liked how when I called Front Desk about not having a microwave and how it said my room included microwave I was informed that it was available upon request and one would be delivered to my room right away and literally as I hung up phone I received a knock at the door that microwave had arrived and they set up. Great friendly staff!!!!
Pros (+) From the moment I walked past the glass door and into the Lobby area I was in love with the decour. The lobby area was beautiful and spacious. There was a snack room dining tables to our left and a bar/ restaurants right there. Once you continue to walk further into the Lobby you'll notice there is a computer area which all guests area allowed to use to surf the web or print. Next to that was more...
Cons (-) The outside of the Hotel was dirty. There were a lot of leaves everywhere in the driveway area. This needed some serious cleaning As soon as I walked into the Hotel my opinion changed however. The rooms were a lot smaller then the pictures showed.
