Pros (+) Outdoor deck a great plus.
Cons (-) Mattress could use replacing. Breakfast items were mostly gone by 9 am and not replaced.

Cons (-) There was a orange soda bottle sitting ON the fridge when we came in. Also, salty footprints on the floor & a leak in the sink plumbing.
