Pros: It was a wonderful 5 nights we spent here. Location was a bit surprising but once you went thru the doors and into the courtyards and your room. It was wonderful. Very clean, everyone was very helpful. I'd highly recommend.

Pros: Once you get pass the hutong area (not resort or hotel type neighborhood), the hotel itself is authentic to the Chinese culture. Customer service is beyond excellent! The room and amenities were perfect! The location is central to the subway & everything else! Totally enjoyed the Double Happiness Hotel!
Cons: The onsite restaurant menu needs to be worked on. The food was not good and the service was slow.

Pros: Outstanding service and location. The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel brunch had a wide variety of food that was excellent. Convenient subway station right next to hotel. I would definitely stay a the Regent again!!

Pros: Good location, centrally located with good highway access if you have lots of driving to do on your trip. The breakfast restaurant is decent but quantities were poor later in the morning.
Cons: Room was as hot as the 7th circle of hell. I was worried about spontaneous combustion. When I got into the room it was 32 degrees. Pretty far from room temperature. The hallway was pleasant but the room was so hot. Even with the heat off, it was still crazy hot. Management were informed but the situation didn't change so I cancelled and moved to the Hilton which was much better.

Pros: It has a reasonably central location. The breakfast is decent but not spectacular but get in early because if you are late (after 9) they stop replenishing it. Do Not order room service - I ordered a BLT one night and it cost more then the room night cost.
Cons: The room was over 30 degrees. I talked to the front desk and informed them that the room was u comfortably warm and they did nothing. I had another day booked but cancelled to stay in another hotel.
