Cons (-) I came in from work Wednesday and the trash can was on the lavatory and the bed wasn't made. Minor issue though.
Pros (+) Well kept for an older hotel. Super clean, good amenities, and great price
Cons (-) I made reservations online; when I got to the hotel to check-in their systems were down. Instead of verifying my information so that I could get to my room, they spend 45+minutes in the back room trying to figure out their internet issue without keeping me updated on when I could get my room key. It was already late, I had proof of reservation with payment info as well as the card used.....Luckily...
