Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the pool, with several mentioning comfortable beds and helpful housekeeping staff. However, there were numerous complaints about cleanliness, including issues with insects, unpleasant smells, and general lack of maintenance. Service at reception and the bar was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful. Breakfast was criticized for lack of variety and quality. While the hotel offers good room size and amenities like a pool, improvements in cleanliness, staff attitude, and breakfast are needed.

Pros (+) Good location, clean and good breakfast
Cons (-) Impossible to book a taxi in advance, Taxi could take a long time to arrive on the spot. Doormens speaks to drivers to give direction but dont give any price indication or request the taxi driver to put the meter. This is not acceptable for a luxury hotel and supposed to be a must have. I should precise here that we complained to a manager and this didnt change.
