Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access shops, attractions, and transportation. However, reviews were mixed regarding service and cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues such as unresponsive staff, inconsistent housekeeping, and maintenance concerns. While some found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like parking and luggage storage, others experienced problems with room conditions, outdated facilities, and lack of compensation for inconveniences. Overall, the location was the standout positive, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
