Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, public transport, and local amenities. The staff received positive mentions for being friendly and helpful, and several guests found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about the parking situation and elevator reliability, with multiple guests experiencing issues. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though a few guests reported isolated problems. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in parking and elevator maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) No like
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) The whole hotel is under construction. There are huge places where there’s exposed pipes and insulation in every wall. The hotel smells like mold, and the room is not the updated one from the pictures.
Pros (+) The hotel is right off the highway and very near where my business group were working. So it was convenient for location and value. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The hotel has some scary Trip Advisor ratings. This is likely due to the hotel being next to a nude dancer club. I saw a few dancers. Hotel also was under construction. The free wifi didn't work which was very inconvenient. A very basic free breakfast. A this review process is poor as I was not a 'group of friends" we are a small business traveller group.

Cons (-) The hotel
