Cons: The room was designed for one person but it was given to a couple. The bed felt a little small for us.

Pros: The atmosphere and the relation staff-guest is perfect: very friendly!

Cons: The plug didn't work well so i couldn't reload my phone. You should not put that much Pesto in your Margherita pizzas

Mixed bag

Pros: We enjoyed how cleanly the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff were also the free ice lolly you receive on arrival a nice added touch!

Cons: There was no hairdryer in the room which we had to ask for in addition to this there was a kettle with no cups to make coffee and tea and sugar with no milk a small thing but annoying nonetheless. The service of the restaurant was poor and food was average (the coffee was very nice though) . On our day of check out a member of staff came into our room before we had checked out which we were not impressed with as we were only getting dressed. We we're pleasantly surprised with the time of check out only to feel then rushed. Lack of communication between reception and housekeeping!

Cons: The only issue we had was with the bartender. We were in the bar and at closing time the bartender came to tell us that he was closing. We felt like he was being rude, making hand gestures towards the door. Otherwise everyone else we spoke to were polite at all times.
