Pros:Great location, just off the interstate. Rooms were large and very clean. Hot breakfast was very nice, basic but plentiful and hot. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Amarillo.
Cons:No complaints. We were very satisfied.

Cons:Sheets were itchy. But they were clearly newer sheets. It could be the detergent used and my sensitive skin. This was the only thing.
Pros:Clean, Quiet, and mostly friendly staff. Allowed my mom and myself to rest for the night along our road trip.

Cons:AC was broken and beds were awful
Cons:The shower in Room 221 was not working. Part of any hotel stay is a great shower in the morning. That was followed by a sink that did not have a drain stopper so after a sponge bath of sorts, shaving was equally discouraging.
Pros:This was a last minute reservation to go looking for an apartment. The girls at the desk when I checked it were wonderful! They were very polite and even gave me suggestions to go look at. Checkout was the same! Room was clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again if we need to.
Pros:It was reasonably inexpensive for that night, but that was with a Kayak deal.
Cons:The shower head spewed water all over the bathroom, ruining an expensive pair of slippers. I called the front desk and got the sleepy reply, "What do you want me to do about it? I'll just tell maintenance to look at it in the morning." Yes, that really helped me, as I was staying one night. They never offered ANYTHING to make up for this pretty big inconvenience, not even a simple apology. I would not stay at this poorly named "Quality" Inn again, and neither should you.
Pros:The location was great. A nice safe part of town. The breakfast was OK. Daughters upset the waffle maker was broken.
Cons:The front desk employee was rude to my wife. The air conditioner was blowing warm air. There was a hole in the wall and I could see into the parking lot. The ice machine was broken. The carpet was filthy. I walked around barefoot and my feet were black.
Pros:Decent price and a sufficiently friendly front desk lady.
Cons:I was put in room 116 which did not have a new smoker sign even though I explicitly asked for no smoking room. The room stink of cigarette smoke. It was somewhat clean but not very comfortable in the neighborhood is questionable. The area around it is not very well-maintained. There are no security guards on duty. The front lobby is kind of shabby too.
