Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel’s spacious rooms, quality breakfast, and the pool, which is often described as large and pleasant. Many reviews highlight beautiful views, especially of the Mekong River, and note the peaceful location, though some find it inconvenient for city access. However, service is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unprofessional or inattentive staff, slow check-out, and occasional problems with room cleaning or requests. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s amenities and room comfort are generally well received, making it a good choice for those prioritizing space and relaxation.
