Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Vienna's attractions on foot. The service received consistent acclaim for being warm, professional, and attentive, with many guests highlighting thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned positively. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast quality and value, and a few noted issues with noise levels and soundproofing, especially in rooms facing the street or due to the building's historic nature. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a top choice for visitors.
