Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime beachside location, with many enjoying the sea views and easy access to Varkala's attractions. The breakfast received positive mentions for variety and quality. However, opinions on service and cleanliness were mixed, with some guests finding staff courteous and rooms clean, while others noted unprofessional behavior and hygiene issues. The swimming pool was a common point of criticism due to poor maintenance. Overall, the location and breakfast stand out as highlights, though improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and pool upkeep.
