Pros (+) swimming pool slightly heated, good jets in the warm spa; restaurants convenient; wake-up call & exit taxi timely
Cons (-) tiny room w thin walls so you could hear people in next room, hall, elevator; some staff minimally trained; no newspapers; office center computers expensive; ice machine didn't work on our floor or 3 floors lower, had to go 4 floors for ice; stairways and hallways to gym & pool a multistory maze;
