Cons: The lady that was that took out food order at the cafe was very short. It appeared she did not want to take out order. As we waited for our food it sat on the counter ready to go without telling us it was done. We were in the lobby waiting for it.
Cons: Tiny pool. Overpriced food. Super cramped vanity. There was nowhere to put our bath things. Even worse when we had to put the coffee tray on the vanity to make the coffee.

My husband enjoyed the workout room at 5:30 am - it's open 24 hours. The whirlpool was also well used. The free Internet worked well; the parking was free and easy.
Pros: It was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning (my key for a Tucson stay) was excellent.

Cons: The floor plan design was horrible. Our room was next to the conference rooms and there was a group of rowdy women yelling and clapping in there at 7 am Saturday morning. Woke me up, bad idea!I let them have it
