Exceptional hospitality. Top class experience.
Would have liked to use spa facilities without payment.
Couldn’t fault the property!
Very well appointed rooms. Great bed. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Food quality was excellent.
Location is not great - too far from the nearest Metro station. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station but this service stops quite early at night. Breakfast offering was rather poor and all F&B outlets were very expensive.
Amazing staff and facilities, we will be back
We only found out that there was a free bus shuttle to the train station on check out - this could have saved us a lot in fares!
The facilities, quality of the service and details around this hotel are superb. The rooms have outstanding views and the spa is top of the class. Excellent hotel and must be one of the best in Tokyo.
The only downside is the price, it’s expensive and everything is expensive. From breakfast to dinner.
