Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The service is often described as friendly and helpful, and many reviewers note the cleanliness of the rooms. However, a significant number of guests are disappointed by the very small room sizes, which are frequently described as cramped and lacking storage space. Some also feel that the value for price is lacking, especially given the reduced amenities and rising costs. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stand out for many visitors.

Andrew, Sept 2023
Rooms were nice, but not too big. In the middle of Shinjuku district which is always busy. Hotel was a bit regimented which makes sense for the amount of guests it see. Unfortunately the Godzilla Head statue, which is a huge selling point, was closed off due to an “accident” which is not advertised when booking. Overall nice hotel.

Pros (+) Will definitely stay at this great hotel in the thick of all the bars, restaurants and malls. 10/10 for location, quality and price.
Cons (-) Late at night the area is a little seedy with lots of people out drinking and partying. But if you’re smart you can ignore it.

Pros (+) The hotel is very well located
Cons (-) The interior of my room was quite old. The desk varnish was gone and the room was pretty smelly.

Pros (+) Very good location in the center of Shinjuku, about 10 minutes away from the train station and taxi service outside. Had an ATM and 7-11 attached to it. All the amenities a person could need, toothbrush, hair brush l, razor shaving cream, free bath salts for everyday I stayed. Shampoo conditioner and body wash smelled great. Shower and bath were awesome! 1rst floor breakfast was the way to go, 8th...
Cons (-) Nothing!!
