Pros (+) Our room was good size, not cramped like many budget motels. The whole lower floor was non-smoking so there were no bad "old ash can" smells. The room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. The beds (two queen size) were comfortable. The heater worked well and was quiet. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Cons (-) The wall are "thin" and you can hear the people next-door and upstairs. We also heard a baby crying several times. This is a budget motel and is quite plain - nothing fancy. However, that is what we expected and it served its purpose very well.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that if you wanted to connect to the wifi you had to pay for it. Would I have realized that before I got there I most likely would not have stayed as most hotels offer it for free.
Pros (+) I like the location
Cons (-) Room needed to be cleaner and air conditioner wasn't working properly.

Pros (+) I've stayed in many of these and I'm usually not expecting much, but the king room was actually really comfy and clean for a decent price. I hope they keep this trend up.
