Pros (+) Dinner and breakfast were good. Location of the hotel is great, and rooms are very large. Looks to be recently refurbished so nice and clean.
Cons (-) Hotel is noisy. The building seems to have thin walls. I could hear everything happening in other rooms, like Children screaming, and someone practicing a musical instrument. For a hotel like this I would expect better sound proofing.
Pros (+) Amazing Staff who did a great job caring for our family and making it a teriffic stay
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Poor service. Reception and room service never answered the phone. Access to executive lounge limited. Ended up eating at a burger bar
