Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and proximity to public transport as positives. However, many reviews report significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, linens, and bathrooms. Bed comfort is a recurring problem, with several guests describing broken or uncomfortable beds. Noise levels are also a concern, with thin walls and loud surroundings disturbing sleep. Service is mixed, with some staff described as friendly, but others as unresponsive or unavailable. Overall, while the location is appreciated, the hotel falls short in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness.AI-generated from customer reviews
