Pros (+) Anthony that helped with breakfast was the best. He treats you like a family member.
Cons (-) My wife and I needed to stay 4 days while a family member underwent open-heart surgery. We have used Choice hotels before with great satisfaction; that was not the case on this trip. Small rooms, location next to a landfill in a development with 3 other hotels makes it feel like a ghetto; some very sketchy people in the nearby hotels. Pros (+) Amazing staff, very very friendly
Cons (-) The definition of "standard room" was not defined. 3 adults in one king bed was a tad disturbing. That was not the fault of the hotel, but the website through which I booked the room.
Pros (+) The room was cozy. It offers a complimentary Continental breakfast that is one of its only perks if any.
Cons (-) I WAS 2X CHARGED! once by a 3rd party & once by COMFORT INN. I was told it could take 1 full business week to get the credit back now. There was a bug in the bathroom; not your ideal experience for a relaxing experience. THE CABLE REMOTE BARELY WORKED.
