Comfy bed and clean room
Being lied to by staff. The first night I got there about 10.30pm and asked if there was a shop and an ATM close by and was told there wasn’t; only to discover hey were both next to the bar opposite! I told the staff several times I was allergic to milk and yet they still put it in two smoothies I ordered. If they’d had just admitted it that wouldn’t have been do bad, but they lied and then kept changing their story.
Staff were quite friendly and the pool was nice - although it was smaller than we expected. Free pick up from the airport was useful and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived.
Swimming pool was much smaller than we expected from the photos - definitely some clever photography work there. Air conditioning was pretty poor and so the room was too warm for us really, which was a shame. For our Angkor Wat tour we were told there was absolutely no way you would be able to fit in the small circuit and big circuit in the same day as both take a full day - yet when we did our small circuit tour we were back at the hotel by around 10am. We made it clear we were happy to pay more to do both in one day but apparently it isn't possible, when it clearly was. We had to check out 3 days early to fly home due to Covid-19, and so we asked whether they could also provide a free lift back to the airport as we had paid for 3 nights and a massage and not used them. They wouldn't do this, and although they didn't technically have to, it would have been nice considering we were paying for a lot that we didn't get. Overall we think there is better value to be found elsewhere.
The rooms and pool was great! Had soft comfortable beds and were very clean rooms
Crazy amount of Mosquitoes in the room, the shower floor has many cracks and holes in it
Lovely little bungalow in a well kept garden. There were tropical birdsounds all around, adding to the atmosphere. The shower was the best I've used in SE Asia!
A bit far from central areas.
