Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and outdated facilities. Some guests also note problems with the air conditioning, noise levels, and limited breakfast options. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements are needed in comfort and maintenance.
