Pros: Nothing bad you can say about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and well informed. The family room was warm, nice, clean and quite big. Just a blink to bus station and train station, very central, close to shopping centre, surrounded by local stores and restaurants. The hotel also has access to one shopping mal. Definitely will book this hotel again soon.

Cons: Since it's a "hostel", you have to put the sheets on your bed yourself. That is totally fine. But the blankets should be washed more often ... mine had blood stains on it. Not that big a deal since you have the sheets, but disgusting if you see it.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and professional. In the restaurant I ate the best duck in my entire life and I choose duck many times when eating out. Restaurant staff also very knowledgeable and nice. Hotel is very clean, bed is comfy and they have those nice crispy fresh linen to make your sleeping excellent. Spa/pool also very nice and clean. We found the restaurant a bit pricey, but that's applicable to the whole city/country, so definitely not overpriced. Overall the hotel was a really good experience!

I find as lite sleeper......main road with traffic lots of the time, rooms over the tax ir rank where they coma and go allnite with doors etc. At the back there is a club with rock bands which play weekends and empty at 2am with associated noise.

Cons: The restaurant was not open which was a disappointment after our excellent meal at the Radisson Caledonian in Kristiansand. However, this turned out to our benefit as we were forced to go out and as there was a food festival on in Stavanger on the waterfront, this turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

No free parking even if the hotel is outside the city center. Parking is possible in a public parkingwith a negociated price but still quite expensive. For the price, the parking should be included.

Cons: 1.The entrance, you had to do step up few steps. We didn't expect for this with large luggage. Before we booked, we did review the facilities on website and the hotel said they had elevator but didn't mention these few steps. 2.The bathroom door had been broken before we arrived and it didn't get any fixed. Nearly couldn't open it everytime that we closed. They should fix or tell guests before checking-in or give refunds then.

Cons: No extra pillow, only a small one. No towel to step on after the shower. The air condition made a lot of noise, even at its lowest setting. Also heard a lot of noise from the christmas parties two floors down, found it hard to fall asleep.

Pros: Nothing bad you can say about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and well informed. The family room was warm, nice, clean and quite big. Just a blink to bus station and train station, very central, close to shopping centre, surrounded by local stores and restaurants. The hotel also has access to one shopping mal. Definitely will book this hotel again soon.

Cons: The noise of the music from there gala party we ended up moving rooms for the second time as the heater had broken in the first room we stayed in, on the last night we stayed there was a wedding party, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbor's from their party talking very loudly and slamming doors to which I had to have words.
