Pros (+) The service was very very professional. Everyone working the desk was kind. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I've traveled for business frequently in SLC and I've tried many items. This hotel is by far the best for the price and even better than other places that are more expensive.

Pros (+) Staff were very helpful finding us a nearby restaurant after our evening arrival, and in making sure we got seats in the very busy airport shuttle schedule.

Cons (-) Checking the person was not outgoing. The room TV was not good quality was fuzzy. The bed was hard as a rock. The view from the room was overlooking a gas station. I asked for a quiet room. Snowplow at 3:30am,..with a loud noise while putting down salt and removing the snow. At 4:30am a delivery truck arrived again more loud noise. I asked for a quiet room. Pros (+) I liked all aspects of our stay and will stay here again.
Cons (-) The parking lot is a little crowded when at full occupancy. We had difficulty parking and pulling out in the morning.
