Location is good. Bed and Mattress is terrible! Squeeky and the mat spring is totally softened, difficult to sleep. Continental breakfast made up for the terrible night before

My problem is with Kayak. Using the app I mistakenly booked the room for the wrong weekend. 10 minutes later I tried to cancel. The response I got is I had to cancel by 8/3 WHICH WAS THE DAY BEFORE I BOOKED IT. So either Kayak has a glitch in their system or they are determined to keep money they aren’t entitled to. Either way I request the refund I should have been allowed but was refused.

Hotel was poorly kept, needed a lot of maintenance. Room was dirty. Funky smell throughout hallways. Staff and owner were very kind, but unfortunately, the experience was very poor overall.

I like the location but that was it. Hotel room was dirty as if it was not cleaned at all. There are left overs on the microwave. Some sausages from the pizza on the floor. Toilet not cleaned at all. Stains all over.

Pros (+) Awesome guy working. Very nice. The room was nice for the most part.
Cons (-) Smelly hallways, dirty floor in hallways and rooms. Only 2 pillows in room.

Cons (-) This hotel is a dump. Dirty, in a not-so-great neighborhood, old beat-up furniture, etc. I can't believe Rodeway still allows this place to use its name.

Cons (-) Stay away from this place specially if you travel with family. There were people in the back parking lot drinking beer and smoking marijuana, I told the lady at the front desk about it but didn't do anything. Could hear the people in the next room doing their "business ". Breakfast was terrible. I can't think of anything good about this place, definitely a big mistake staying there
