Cons (-) We were awakened at 8;30 for room cleaning (no do not distub sign to hang up). When we told her to come back,she arrived at 9:30. We asked again for her to come back and she informed us that we were her last room and she was going home so we let let her in although we were not dressed or ready to go yet. Pros (+) Right in heart of Midtown Ruidosa! Easy walk to shops,restaurants, and bars with love entertainment. Also a great location to hide and bike.

Pros (+) The location is very convienant to the mid town shopping and to lincoln county grill.
Cons (-) Room cleaning never happened. They slipped a note under the door at 830AM saying they couldnt get into the room and stated to call front desk by 10AM to request it. We usually dont leave our room until 9-930 for any vacation we do. They never did come back even though we called down. Front desk was acting like they were new. The key cards had to be reactivated 4 times each and we were only there 2...

Pros (+) You can't go wrong with hotel ruidoso. It's clean, friendly and they have an indoor heated pool and breakfast. It's great for kids and family but if you want a romantic stay away from kids this is not the place. There is always children in the pool and the jacuzzi.
Cons (-) I would go more often if it wasn't so expensive.
