The staff were excellant the room good
No credit card facility,no tea/coffee facility in the room badly needed
Small hotel with cosey atmosphere. Good meals and breakfast. Suitable as hotel for going sightseeing in Riga.
Pricewise a bit expensive for it's purpose.
Adorable hotel. located in the Old City. just on the way from the bus station to the center. 10 min from the train station.
Very close to old city, just a step away. Spacious and nice hall with fireplace. Room was nice too, with big bed and warm blanket.
Everything would be good if upon arrival we were said that they going to make upgrade for us, but we need to wait one and a half our till the room will be cleaned. But when we came back front desk manager told us that the room is not free yet and we should check-in in that we booked. It's ok that they didn't do it, but why they told us that. We had romantic holidays with my partner and just wanted to have good holidays and not to wait something we didn't get finally. It was the only thing I really didn't like... but I'm not sure that hotel is "boutique" in right way and how I expected. Just nice place to spend few days.
Clean and quiet hotel, perfect location. Very comfortable and cozy! Nice interiors, large bath, warm floor. Absolutely no problem with hot water during all day. Tasty breakfasts. Good price! I recomend it!
The staff on Reception were great, even the one known affectionately as Miss Bossy! The Location is excellent and the Ainavas is the right balance between Hotel and Home. I would recommend it.
In a good location enabling go around the Old City. Cosy place. Relaxing atmosphere.
During the night it was a bit noisy because of a bar nearby. The breakfast could be richer
Pleasant and friendly staff - close to city centre - comfortable and clean rooms
Room on the front of the hotel is subject to all night noise from disco across the road. Breakfast selection was small compared to other hotels I have experienced in Riga
Perfect atmosphere, ideal to relax and unwind
beautiful place in old city polite staff; good atmosphere; good rooms;
no coffee and tea facililities in room
