6.3 Good
Cons: There was no hot water, lukewarm showers are not good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good, except the room smelled like a nursing home.
Cons: The smell in our room
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The room was heavily scented. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction and woke up with swollen eyes and lips. I have a fragrance allergy.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and we had a place to stay
Cons: Would have appreciated a lower price
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Wifi not good for streaming
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was right off the highway and met all of our expectations. I had never stayed at a Microtel before, but thought if it was owned by Wyndam, then I had to give it a chance since I have stayed at wyndams before. I was impressed.
Cons: Nothing. It was located by many restaurants and shops, the personnel were great, and the room was updated and clean.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was sparse but passable. Mini muffins were dry, the bananas were overripe. Still better than some. Would give it an average rating. The room was fresh and clean.
Cons: First, we were given keys to the wrong room. It was an occupied one and we were greeted by two full-size poodles. Not cool... Next, we were given a handicapped room that had a faulty heating unit. It was either full heat all the time or turn it off and freeze. This is fairly close to a Walmart parking lot that had semis running all night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful
Cons: Breakfast was very simple
4.2 Okay
Cons: Shower was not warm. Tub and shower was not clean. Room lighting is harsh; needs updating. Under new ownership- and the new owner needs to invest in and update the property and pay attention to details, such as a broken toaster in the breakfast room.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: We rented 2 rooms. the room with king bed had a good space with couch, coffee table, small dining/game table and chairs, microwave, frig, sink and cabinets which was great for gathering with family.
Cons: The carpet had stains. The bedding was thin and inadequate. Slow drain in bathroom sink. My sister said the coffee was awful and my husband said breakfast selection was inadequate. (I never expect much from free breakfasts.) Staff seemed especially young and unprofessional, one staff member was outside several times smoking cigarettes.
7.1 Good
Pros: I liked the size and space in the room. It worked out well for us and our baby.
Cons: I thought the price was a little too high for the quality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just right
Cons: I’ve staying in a couple of gnarly Microtel’s so we hesitant, this hotel had all the right ingredients for a nice overnight stay to help break up a long trip from OK to CO.

Pros: Room was clean

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was fast, bed was comfortable, 1st floor room was convenient, was able to park at my room for quick access.
Cons: The beds were great. You can tell it is an older hotel, that has been remodeled. I was looking a a great value for a short stay arriving by 11pm departing before 8am so just needed a bed and shower and it was great. No complaints

Pros: Location and price
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in an location.
Cons: Was a little pricey
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Located right by the highway. Plenty of rooms.
Cons: Over priced for the quality of the room. I felt like they might have taken advantage that Raton pass was closed and travelers were stuck.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Night employee was very customer service orientated.
Cons: That I had requested a smoking two beds room. Their system had put us in a single bed. When went to ask they only had a non smoking two beds room. The door to that room had a big space to where you could feel the wind coming through.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location!
Cons: The room needs to be updated. It was clean but tacky!
5.0 Okay
Pros: the friendly staff
Cons: the construction going on, very noise during the day

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean and it had a good breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Both interior and exterior doors to each room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel property! From the front desk to the rooms. Exceptionally friendly staff!
Cons: I’m not a big fan of outside entry rooms but it’s a very clean, secure property.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. The room was quiet.
Cons: The big problem we had was booking through a 3rd party site. The 3rd party site put us in a room with accommodations and we really needed a tub for our small child instead of a walk in shower. Not to mention taking the accommodation room from someone who actually needed it. We did not pick this room but we were stuck with it. The people at the front desk said they couldn’t change our room because it was booked through a 3rd party (ie. Kayak)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Decor-too dark
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, clean. Good restaurant on site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were so soft! The pool was great fun! And the breakfast was also great!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean
Cons: nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Ate dinner at Mulligan's. The spinach salad was simple and fresh, the raspberry dressing I didn't like. The tortilla soup was again simple but delicious. Wonderful spices, tender chicken, carrots and potatoes tender crisp. Loved the common area--wish I brought the kids--it was a great area for them to run in the dead of winter. Had plenty of space for a room with beds. Water was hot, good water pressure. Heat worked well. Lady who checked me in, I think her name was Lydia (?) was very nice.
Cons: Lighting. The room was sooo dark. Turned on every light and it was still dim. Cost. $134 was a lot to pay considering it was Raton, not close to full, and the room wasn't anything special or better than other hotels. I thought it would be nicer because of the convention space, and reviews, but it was a hotel room on par with Hampton, Quality Inn, etc.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: no
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wide range of television channels including the NLCS playoffs on FS1. Also good restaurant with reasonable prices.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We stopped in for a night to break up our drive to Colorado. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the in house restaurant. Great to not have to find someplace to eat after a day traveling. Perfect hotel for families!

Pros: Was a good location with places close for eating. Just stayed one night and everything went well.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, quite, comfortable room. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: The coffee was good. What few little pastries there were were a little old. No fruit. A little printed note proported to excuse them from having anything else.
Cons: The light bulb on the floor lamp controlled by the switch was out. Only one little water cup with the ice bucket. No solid curtain for the window to shield from people walking along outside or the morning east sun. (only a thin see-through curtain.) rust on some fixture brackets.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to freeway for travel. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. We stayed at this same hotel last year and were not disappointed in our experience this year.
Cons: We have no criticism.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Convention location.
Cons: The owner/manager was terribly rude!
7.0 Good

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Super breakfast with good variety of both hot and cold food. Great coffee.
Cons: Very small room.
6.5 Good
Cons: Traveling to get home during a pandemic, we stayed at 4 hotels. We wiped each hotel room down with Clorox wipes before bringing our luggage in. Our room at the Quality Inn was the only dirty we found. Dust and dirt was on counter tops, bathroom fixtures, telephone, light switches, etc. It was disgusting! We will think twice before staying at another Quality Inn.
6.0 Good
Pros: Price, size of room
Cons: Was letting my toddler run around back of hotel where there is a field like area and there were meth pipes and needles throughout the area. May not be because of hotel but should be checked for given people walk animals right there children can grab
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Workers were nice..
Cons: Loud neighborhoos across the hall.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nothing reAlly
Cons: Ceilings and walls are paper thin so you could not sleep because of the foot traffic one level above

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Facility was quiet, but low travel season. Some upgrades and improvements appear to have been done fairly recent.

Pros: Good price. The quad room has a full kitchen and would be great for a longer stay. Room is on the 3rd floor, but stairs were not too bad. Area is quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Reservation was no risk - was able to reserve room without a credit card to hold.
Cons: Beware of the shower - when the toilet is flushed, shower turns momentarily hot. Quad room is described as having 4 twin beds, although one is actually a rollaway. We didn't use the rollaway but in retrospect it did seem like it would have been more comfy that the other 3 (the mattresses of which seemed to be well past their prime).

6.3 Good
Cons: There was no hot water, lukewarm showers are not good
9.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Was a good location with places close for eating. Just stayed one night and everything went well.
5.0 Okay
Cons: There was no elevator in this two story hotel so we were expected to carry our luggage upstairs. Only after I complained that I have a handicap did a room on the first floor become available.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lots of towels. Shampoo and conditioner
Cons: I would rather have non carpeted rooms. I feel they are easier to keep clean.
