Clean, comfortable, great people easy in, easy out. All things that meet my expectations for a hotel. Nothing beyond that at all to push it into excellent status. Very limited breakfast menu. If you don’t like waffles there is nothing hot on the menu. Pool is quite nice with a small patio off the pool. For a budget hotel it is very good.
