Cons (-) I forgot some things at my room at check-out. I came back 2 hours later and asked for them. They told me to wait while they got them. After 1.5 hours of waiting I just couldn´t get my things back and lost 1.5 hours of my day waiting. I kept asking what happened and they always said 2 more minutes. Pros (+) The hotel itself is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the pool. The staff was mostly nice. The breakfast, drinks, and menu offerings were all tasty, too. The tours through the hotel were great as well. Everything was reasonably priced as well considering how nice the place is. Location was a bit further than other places, but not bad.
Cons (-) We went for our 10 year anniversary - I wanted to make sure everything was just right. I called twice to confirm the request that our room had a king bed instead of 2 queens. Unfortunately, when we got there, the hotel had already run out of king rooms (tropical).
