The hotel is very interesting and although not central, it was very near the tram, so the location was not a problem. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bedroom very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and welcoming - particularly the guest relations manager, Josef, who made our stay an extremely enjoyable one with his enthusiasm, good humour and the trips he arranged for us. I totally recommend this place.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. The staff were more than helpful, there was a slight error while checking in so they upgraded us to an executive room free of charge. The beds are beyond comfy. It was an all round lovely experience.
The only thing that was negative was we were further from the centre than we would have liked. Wasn’t much of an issue as just had to hop on a tram at the stop 2 mins down the road straight into city centre.

Messy system...I have booked 5 rooms and 1. In ALL of them the electronic key didnt work first time 2. I have asked some rooms with double bed and others with twin beds..hotel didnt respect the request 3 Messy system..They dont have any idea what kind of room they have in the system
