The location was super convenient to the convention centre, where I needed to be. The room was very comfortable and the views were marvelous from the high floor!

The room was super comfortable and the parlour suite was super spacious! I also highly recommend the menu breakfast down at the hotel's Penn City Grill - the portions are generous and the food is delicious!

Great hotel poor communication
Comfortable clean great staff once checked in
There was absolutely no communication that a marathon would have all access to the hotel for check in shut down and even the course police officers sent us in circles for over an hour trying to gain access to the hotel. We ended up missing a meeting by the time we got through the marathon barricades and checked in

Absolutely poor service
The room was decent.
The room wasn't ready so they took down my number at 2:45pm and told me they would call when it was ready. I went out around town and came back at 9pm to ask if my room was ready because I still did not receive a call. Terrible follow up and organization! Also - while my room was getting ready, the women at the front desk told me I could use the shower in the fitness area to get ready. I went into the women's locker room and there was a male cleaning it, therefore I couldn't even use it. The locker rooms were awful aesthetically and need to be revamped ASAP. The only service that was great was the bell hop/concierge where we left our bags. The gentlemen there was very helpful, friendly, and inviting.
