Cons: Queen bed was a little small for two adults.

Cons: The noise coming from the village (music, people talking, kids screaming) made for a very unpleasant experience. Also, adding to this is the zero soundproofing of doors (entry and balcony). Laying in bed up until after 11pm, kids and people were also talking loudly in the hall, running up and down the hall and basically making it such between the noise coming from the outside “village corridor” and the hallway it was impossible to rest until well after 11pm. Then again in the morning the piped in “village” music starts again and the whole routine repeats itself. The party I was traveling with in the second room said it is quieter staying in NYC! Shower water pressure is poor - a shame because the bathroom is nice. Don’t bother trying to use the gimmick of the margarita machine. It’s a chore to use and for the $65 the hotel charges for ingredients and hit/miss quality of the actual drink go have yourself a margarita in a restaurant. The machine margarita was foamy and a waste of money. If I went back, the only room I would consider here would be the back side stream facing rooms, but that would not eliminate the possibility of kids and uncouth parents yelling and screaming in the hallways incessantly. The room prices are top of the chart for this area so one would expect a different caliber of guest and hotel in general, but it is what it is. Lipstick on a pig comes to mind.

Cons: The hotel needs more room for checking in or needs to stagger check in times. We had to wait in our car in line for about 30 minutes to unpack, get valet service and check in. Also, disappointed that the gas to the fireplace was cut off on 4/1. The weather was unusually cold and it would have been very nice to be able to use the fireplace. We normally come in September when its 90 degrees and the fireplace is on but we have never been able to use it. Need to gauge it by the weather and not by a date on the calendar.

Cons: Could offer breakfast for the price. I would love to see the pool balcony open to adults only after the pool closes. Entire island shuts down at 11.

Cons: Bed was not comfortable and it's very pricey to be a hotel.

Cons: The only negative thing would be parking away from hotel. We didn't mind the walk and they have valet parking if needed.

Cons: With all the nights we spent eating out, a free breakfast buffet would've made a big difference. We had to travel a ways off the property to eat breakfast.

Cons: The overhead heating and air unit made loud noises all night resulting in loss of sleep. The facility was nice in appearance and clean. We would say again but would request a different area. Management felt that the unit was getting ready to go out. They was going to adjust our rate but couldn’t due to booking from a second party. They did give us a voucher for the coffee shop.

Cons: Wifi was totally a joke. So slow I had to use me cellular data. Carpets could use a cleaning but not bad

Cons: The walls were so thin that I could hear our neighbors complete conversations. There was a dog that barked sporadically. Thankfully there was only one and it didn't bark all night.

Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. We had a first floor room, and could hear everyone who came down the hall to the elevator. It was one of the noisiest rooms I have ever had. The room had a musty smell initially, although once the fan was running, that went away. I am not very critical of motel rooms usually, but I will not stay at this location again.

Cons: Pet friendly hotel was not for me. I have severe allergies to pet dander and the carpet in our suite smelled like urine.

Cons: This was my first time at this hotel and decided to stay based upon a high rating by previous guests, price, and the location. Property looked old and worn out. Mold growing on the ceiling of our bathroom including water stains on the ceiling and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I did not detect the normal odor of an older hotel which was a good thing. Beds were comfortable. Apparently my expectations are higher than other guests who have rated this property very high. I would not rate this hotel much above a 6 out of 10 due only to the condition of the property. If this property was renovated and physically in great condition I would give it a rating of at least an 8.

Cons: Exercise room was terrible. Had cheap and broken equipment.

Cons: Breakfast was a little bland. However they had many options. Depends on what you are looking for. But again, it's free.

Cons: Had a noise from outside room that we were told was a maintenance something for the pool. Went on for an hour and we told the front desk about it. A maintenance person came up to see about it but said he could do nothing about it. It did stop but started again later but did not go on very long.

Cons: Toilet seat in room was broken at check in, h20 went out one night but was never relayed. Was repaired in reasonable amount of time.

Cons: We were supposed to be put in the quiet part of the hotel. But there was a family right next to us who let their children scream and jump around at 7:30 AM. That bothered me. Not the hotels fault on how those children behaved, but would have liked a little more peace and quiet.

Cons: The walls did seem to be thin as you could always hear anytime people were talking in the hallway. Still would stay again though!

Cons: Bed was a little hard. Couldn't get heater to regulate. Also too close to the bed. Hot air blew on us causing sleep problems. Not much water pressure.

Cons: I made my reservation six weeks in advance, I reserved two rooms in my name because there was four in our family traveling together in the same car. When we got to the hotel I was told that we were on different floors and we would have to accept that. Instead of making a fuss, we unwillingly complied. Hotel owners should realize that the people at the front desk are the face of their business and should choose them carefully.
