5.8 Okay
Pros: Late booking. Parking. Nice and attentive staff
Cons: Cottage was moist and damp. Had to ask for clean shhets and towels. Breackfast was not included All common use areas were crowded by school kids
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the patio and that there were lime trees outside our shalet and the pool was nearby.
Cons: I didn't like that we slept on 2 small old uncomfortable camp beds pushed together. Also, the room was damp. From 6pm til morning there was no English speaking person to help out at reception.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The gardens were nice and the pool was nice once you passed all of the old tables, chairs and rubbish along the route they directed you down around the back of the pool.
Cons: Children’s play area is old and dilapidated with old broken tables and chairs in the area so did not use. The Astro turf on the floor of the play area is damaged and dangerous. No kids club available either or entertainment as advertised. The gate leading into the pool area was chained and locked and we were directed via a sign around the back of the on site restaurant where there were old tables and chairs stacked up and rubbish stacked up and a very uneven pathway, no good with small children, or mobility issues and then a flight of steps to climb up which were covered in debris from the trees and never swept so as a result were slippery. Showers to the pool area not in use. The pool area didn’t look open, all of the chairs were stacked up against the fence. We were taken to what was a “free upgrade room” one bed stone bungalow which was awful so asked to be moved into a one bed chalet that we had booked which was lighter and brighter but still awful. If you are not the best of cooks you would struggle to cook anything here. There is a 2 ring gas job ( the ignition did not work so reception gave me a lighter!) there are 2 big 2 handled pans with no lids, a frying pan(which was so dented that when I used it I could not let it go as it would fall off the gas job) no cooking utensils of any sort. No bottle opener, no kettle, no toaster, 5 knives, 4 folks, 3 cups, no saucers. Do not waist your money. Bed mattresses were filthy and should be thrown out. Disgusting place. Staff did not care when I complained.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Good location. Parking on site.
Cons: I requested a cot and when we arrived there wasn’t one available. I was told to enquire in the morning which meant an uncomfortable night with my 1 year in bed with me. I didn’t get much sympathy in the morning when I informed them of the problem. When we arrived the concierge didn’t speak any English so it was a difficult check in! This is not a 4* accommodation!!! More like 2*
4.6 Okay
Pros: It was a bit quirky from the outside. The layout was cool.
Cons: The rooms. They were freezing, the heater didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable, you sunk straight into them. When you opened a window it was straight to a wall, no natural light could get in. The cooker was right next to the door which was not very safe. You could hear everything from within the property, annals were waking up n down our roof which kept us up. The toilet always smelt of urine no matter if you flushed or not. Windows were all damp. Rooms look completely different in the photos to what it actually is.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is a good to explore the area from (Pompei, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Naples). We came by car, but the train takes you everywhere and we used it a lot. Small camping with lots of families. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The weekly pizza evening was good and well priced.
Cons: We expected more of it, considering the price (2.200 euro for two weeks). The bungalow was very, very basic (an empty space with very old beds and closets) and missed a lot of general kitchen tools (cutting knife, cutting board, corkscrew, coffee maker, water boiler, the pots and pans that were there were of very poor quality), so cooking was not really an option. The staff was very kind to provide some of the needs though, they were kind and did their best. The bungalows are very close to each other, so when sitting outside, you are just a metre away from your neighbour sitting there. And if neighbours smoke, well, that's very unpleasant. Very little privacy. You should be aware that there is very loud animation (music) on practically all day. Baby dance starts at 21.30 (!) and is meant for children, which for non-Italian families like us, is not an appropriate time. Between 19.00 and 21.30 there was quiet time on the camping. So our children of 5 and 9 had to either be asleep before 21.30 when baby dance would start, or wait untill the music stopped (23.00/23.30). Several complaints did not help and the response was always: "But you paid for this!" As the entertainment was so loud and a constant dominant factor, it had a lot of impact on our days and evenings. So, if you are up for entertainment and loud music and don't mind that the same play lists pass your ears each day, it shouldn't bother you. But if you would like to read a book or have a conversation with your partner when sitting in front of your bungalow in the evening, put your children to bed whenever you think is a good time and not be guided by musical circumstances and generally rest from a year of hard work, it's not the place to go.

7.1 Good
Pros: Room Confortable. Very good breakfast
Cons: Swimpool closed at 18:00 in summer. The hotel is far away from the city (it is needed a car to move from hotel to anywahre). If you want to have dinner there is only one fix menu available, no other possibilities.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Large room with nice mood lighting and a balcony.
Cons: This hotel is used as a Tui all inclusive holiday resort. As such, the restaurant only has the food included in the all inclusive on offer at €40 per person. Lunch is also a buffet catering to these customers. In addition, you are no longer in Italy whilst staying here. All clientele is English. Although the hotel is nice, this is not what we had signed up for.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff here were incredible! They couldn’t have done enough and the manager going around chatting to everyone was a very nice touch! The views were fab and the rooms are gorgeous! You aren’t in Sorrento but there is a shuttle bus that only takes 15 minutes! The bus to get to Positano is right outside the hotel and the bus is only €5 for two which I would recommend as were quoted €60 for a taxi from Positano to the hotel which takes the same amount of time
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything very dirty / unprofessional staff / very far from the main places (positano-amalfi coast)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view, good breakfast, lovely swimming pool. Nice place to stay for a few days. Especially the free shuttle service to Sorrento is nice for the evenings.
Cons: It is a TUI hotel with a lot of entertainment for older people. A bit isolated, you need a car or the shuttle bus to go around.
4.2 Okay
Cons: The food was terrible and it was overpriced. The location was hard to get to.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent pool and bar, good breakfast, stunning views.
Cons: For this hotel unless you plan to have a hire car to go into Sorrento or Pisitano for dinner you should select the all inclusive package.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing with a large balcony and beautiful view. The colored lights in the room made it so relaxing and the shutters could be closed down at night. The pool was perfect and the jacuzzi was great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value of money, close to positano 20 min by car
Cons: The rooms are so small

Pros: The view
Cons: The paper thin walls, bad location, no restaurants nearby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Property was clean and staff was very cooperative. Hotel is located in Piano, two station from main railway station sorrento.
7.9 Good
Pros: We were given a free upgrade to a balcony room which was lovely. The view was stunning off the cliff top.
Cons: The location is quite far from Sorrento centre which we didn't realize. The only affordable option to town is the train which is a 750m walk up a gentle hill to the station. The train comes every 30 minutes. The room also didn't have many power points and you can't charger your device by the bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: The reseptionist was really helpfull when we asked for changing the room. He gave us a much better room with sea view.
Cons: Staff at the restaurant. First night we had a room facing towards a noisy street. Spa facilities were overpriced and wa available only for 1 hour upon request.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff vero good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is exellent. The view from the terrace is amazing. Close to the beach and quite close to the train station. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I definitely can recommend this hotel as a stay in Piano di Sorrento.
Cons: blinking night lamp, good but average food in the restaurant
8.8 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Owner and personel of the hostel are very friendly. We have some chat and even small trip together ! Thank you Genario! :D Localisation is good, 10 min to beach, 10 min to the train station. Nice terrace with a view for a Mountains. Just beautiful place. The area is quiet and seems be save. Nice living room with some book to read and comfortable coach :) European/Italian breakfast, the best when Genario preparing, the best capuccino ever :)))! I had really nice vacation :) Thx! :D
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Tasty breakfast and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely public balcony with a mountain view.
Cons: The bed could be more comfortable. We found a teapot in the room but no cups or glasses.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really nicely decorated. The room we had was big enough for the 4 of us, and it has big windows giving lots of natural light and great views (mountains, the garden with orange and lemon trees). The neighborhood is really calm, which is great if you want to sleep. The hotel is about 7 minutes walking distance to the train station (from there in just 2 short stops you get to Sorrento center). Breakfast was fine (for both food and the music the owner was playing). Check in process was easy. The garden seems great for summer time (we visited during winter though).
Cons: For those having a worst condition: the hotel does not have a lift, so you will need to bring your baggage upstairs by your own. The nearest parking (paid parking, like most of the parking space in Sorrento) is 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Authentic, clean and close to train station,a hidden gem
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Piano di Sorrento train station and it only takes about 3-5 minutes on the train to get into Sorrento. It is also an easy 10 minute walk to the coast and the beach area of Piano di Sorrento. There were nice restaurants in the area around the hotel. The hotel was in a beautiful building and the hosts were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel is in a small alley and is only able to be accessed by foot or scooter. The hotel is not easily accessible to people with mobility troubles (in wheelchairs, trouble walking, etc.) as you can only access it by two flights of stairs (the hotel states this on the site). Neither of these is a problem, but they are both issues that people should take into account based on the needs of the people in their groups.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic , staff was so friendly and this 200 years old building was really beatiful !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff Lovely breakfast The hotel ambience Closeness to the train station
Cons: Beds were single asked for double so kept falling in between
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is astounding, well kept and decorated in the local original style of an historical palace. Location is very convenient and it's easy to walk to main points of interests, including the train station.
Cons: Parking was a nightmare, but not their fault.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional breakfast! Nice location and an easy walk from both the train station and the city centre. Maps and advice was provided regarding dining options, banks and local bars. Staff were approachable when needed. Room was warm and quite spacious with a double + single bed and adjacent/internal bathroom. There is a guest sitting room and an outside terrace adjacent to the breakfast room where views of the lovely garden can be enjoyed.
Cons: Nothing really, enjoyed our stay immensely and thoroughly looked forward to breakfast each day. We encountered no problems and whilst there's no elevator the stairs are wide and easily accessible.

6.7 Good
Pros: Very close to the train station. Rooms were air conditioned and the bathroom was spacious. Large bed and our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.
Cons: Nowhere secure to store luggage after check out. There was an issue with the card machine which meant that we had to withdraw a large amount of cash the day before we checked out to pay our bill. This was very stressful as there were no ATMs near by and we were only notified of the issue late in the evening. However, the staff were very accommodating after check out and allowed us to check out later than usual because of the inconvenience.

Pros: Great location and fab breakfast

Pros: Beds comfy, female staff were both amazing! Polite helpful always greeted with a smile. Train station 5 mins walk up the road.
Cons: The male member of staff didn't seem to want to acknowledge or talk to us, we had to say morning to him first and had to ask for a hot drink at breakfast, didn't smile and seemed put out when he had to deal with us. Not many places to eat if you want lots of eateries this isn't the place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the location strategical -also thanks to the private parking, but what I appreciated the most was the professional and friendly staff.
Cons: The weather was awful, but I am sure that the hotel staff will work on it...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great. There is a pizza restaurant on one side and a small store on the other side. The staff was great and offered all kinds of advice.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: It's in quite part of sorrento. No cafe, no beach, no life. English is a big problem for staff. Asked about one americano with milk and one espresso, they didn't understood. Bring only espresso. Asked second time, they give order to each other and also nobody bring. Asked about americano third time and she bring instant coffee with just boiled water from kettle. We were so much offended. In Italy they bring instant coffee(((
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist was fantastic and very helpful and attentive. she even came out to the carpark to say goodbye. The room was spacious and clean with a small fridge which was great to keep drinks cold. Breakfast was simple but lovely with a small selection of hot, cold and pastries. Short walk to amazing views of the Bay of Naples from the cliff top and also a small marina with beach access. fantastic restaurant at the front door with amazing pizza and pasta.
Cons: No tea and coffee making facility in the room.

7.1 Good
Pros: The outdoor patio.
Cons: It was a functional place...nothing special. They don't serve breakfast until 8 am and the guy was 15 minutes late opening up, for us that was quite a late start. Breakfast was slim if you don't want to have croissants again for breakfast. Pretty noisy room just above the streets.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Views were really nice. Personal there were excellent.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Le Due Sirene is a quite professional B&B in a bit of a remote location. We loved our private balcony with an amazing view of the Mediterranean. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious.
Cons: The presentation of the breakfast was a bit disappointing (basically just a tray of sweets from the bakery). Maybe some sort of cheese or something as a variation for the breakfast would've been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfort, and near positano. Veryyy love it. I think i will stay again if im going back to positano.
7.7 Good
Pros: Ermilia was really nice, the service and the room standard was brilliant. Breakfast consisted of some lovely pastries yum yum. The views were fantastic, the only thing I would say is get a car as the buses around thia area are a bit erratic, ie. they seem to go into Piano town but don't seem to come back up for hours. The apartment was 7km away from Sorrento and 7km away from Positano, another bit of advice best taking the bus up to there as the road is horendious (mountain drop on the right of you!) but between 9-10.30 ish as the buses after that get a bit erratic and also are packed full of people, coming back the bus runs hourly. Make sure you take the number booking.com give you as she is not always there, its also outside the door.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel has a big terrace to get breakfast or just sit there on the fresh air. Owner was very nice and friendly but she doesn't speak English, just few words... Air conditioning in the room. we did not use it as we have little children...
Cons: It's right on the intersection. Our room was very, very small, and there were only roof windows that we could not open. Maybe other rooms are bigger. This one for my wife and our little boy was really quite small...
5.7 Okay
Pros: The owner was very friendly, the bathroom was very big, very central for the whole peninsula, an hour from Naples, Vesuvius, Pompei and only minutes from the Amalfi coast - which I personally feel is very overrated.
Cons: The breakfast left a lot to be desired! De-luxe is an overstatement. Very loud - inside and out.

7.1 Good
Pros: Room Confortable.

Pros: Location was great if you want to "get away". Like a farm stay. Very peaceful and rustic.
Cons: The restaurant was not open for dinner. However the staff organised a free pickup and return from a great family run restaurant in "town" just about 5mins drive away.

7.1 Good
Pros: I had requested gluten free options for the provided breakfast (if possible) and at breakfast was given an entire basket of individually packaged GF options. The breakfast buffet in addition to this was very nice (meats, cheeses, fruit, plus many other options I couldn't eat but my companion enjoyed). The staff was very kind and allowed us to store luggage for several hours after our checkout (prior to leaving the city). The room had a nice view of the water and was clean.
Cons: Getting to the hotel at night from the train station was difficult. The website states that they can arrange a shuttle, but when we called, we were told to call the local taxi. When we called the taxi company, we could not get through several times, and when we finally did we were told there was no taxi available and we MIGHT be able to be picked up in an hour. While this is not the hotel's problem, this service should not be represented as a "shuttle" because it is not. Upon checkout the next day when we asked the concierge if she could call a taxi for us, she initially said no because the taxi service often would not oblige her pickup requests, saying "they are difficult". I told her we had the same issue, except we don't speak Italian and the taxi service representative/driver spoke very little English (so it was an issue the previous day). For a hotel to say they offer a shuttle service then refuse to call seems like poor service. I asked her if she would please call, so she did and our pickup wait was less than 5 minutes. It seems like this option for transportation can be hit-or-miss. Unrelated, the water from the sink in our hotel room tasted strongly like salt water, to the point that we didn't feel comfortable drinking it. We reported this to the staff, unsure if the whole hotel has this issue or if it was just an issue with the plumbing in our room.
7.1 Good

Cons: The rooms are very small
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The view from the room was INCREDIBLE! It overlooked the ocean, amazing. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs.
Cons: The A/C wasn't the best, seems like it would shut off after a while.
