Cons:The agent at pickup was horrible. Unable to perform any task by herself. Poorly trained. The rental agency was supposed to have my car ready at 5 but got a car at six. 3 customers ahead of me and 3 customers behind me got their cars while my easy transaction went by the wayside. Pros:Good, clean carCons:Longer wait than usual to get car. The representative tried to tack on an extra hour to increase charges. The rep sent me in the wrong direction to get the car, which when I ultimately found the car, it was boxed in between two other cars and another rep had to move a vehicle so that I could leave.Reviewed 29 Jul 2019
