Great location and staff, uncomfortable bed
Excellent location! Clean room and bathroom. Only ever dealt with one front desk employee during our stay; he was very helpful and easy to work with, despite not speaking a lot of English. Wifi worked well.
Bed was small and uncomfortable. Bathroom shower door did not cover much of the opening and water leaked everywhere when showering. Did not try breakfast; did not seem to be a good value for €14 per person.
They forget to mention the hotel is located to a construction site so essentially sleeping is impossible due to the terrible noise. The rooms are tiny, they look nothing like the pictures, the elevator can barely fit one carry-on bag and management is delusional. Whoever awarded 4 stars to this hotel must have been tripping on magic mushrooms. It's 2 stars at best despite the renovations in the lobby. For 200 euro a night you are way better off going to the Novotel a block away.
The location of the hotel is great: near Louvre Museum, rue Rivoli, Les Halles, Centre Pompidou. Lot of restaurants and bars just at few steps from it. The Hotel is small but very clean. The service is good.
the room is actually pretty noise (outside noise - as expected) but the water pipes in the room are a nightmare
Great location especially if you arrive in Paris by train.
Rooms are very small.
the central location and the staff.
Position is perfect!! The staff is very friendly and helpful
rooms are too small for families,
The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful I would definitely return on my next visit to Paris.
Its location. It was very close to where I wanted to be.
The room was drab, the carpet worn. The decor was dreary. The matress was hard, lumpy and worn.
location and staff
Very friendly and helpful receptionist and a very clean room
The shower made the entire bathroom wet
Location, location, location! Great location in Paris
