No usb charging ports in the room in 2023. Super noisy AC/Heater on the wall like in budget hotels. Parking can be difficult at night.

Even though the rooms have been updated, condition of hotel is poor. Broken elevators, hallways smell like smoke and are in poor condition. As far as "Marriott properties are concerned, this is way below par! Honestly, I would not pay more than $90 a night at this location. Heavy use of bleach on linen made my wife have an allergic reaction. Staff was friendly.
Pros (+) The view was amazing. Customer service was excellent
Cons (-) The parking should be included in the room price. $40/day is really high for a big brand hotel. But again they have to make it worth the investment so...
Pros (+) Location was good
Cons (-) They charge for parking. It isn’t that uncommon but being upcharged at the last minute make you feel like you are getting ripped off. But worse, we paid $15/day and they ran out of spots in the parking lot. They had several business Christmas parties that day so those attendees used the parking lot at no charge. They had a shared lot with a theatre down the street they told me I could use. Street ...

Pros (+) The hotel was right across from the falls. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the hotel and plan on visiting again.
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Overall comfortable stay. As to be expected from Marriott.
Cons (-) A little bit of a walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill, casino and other attractions. The otherarriott is slightly closer, even though it’s just across the street.
Cons (-) it is a beautiful hotel your attention is excellent and the view is spectacular
Pros (+) I stayed here for a week with my partner to visit family in the area and explore the falls. The Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy with duvet blankets and big pillows. The room was a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Customer service was on point and staff was really friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when visiting this area if we can find a decent deal again on rooms ...
Cons (-) We were charged for Wi-Fi when our stay was over which should be included. Parking at the hotel was expensive. After paying high prices for a room it seems unreasonable to have to pay $30 per night for parking. We booked our room through a booking company so our rate was a bit cheaper, but be prepared to have quite a bit of coin for parking. Restaurants and coffee shops in and around the hotel hav...

Pros (+) The view, room was spacious, parking was conveinant.
Cons (-) Nothing to comment on.
Pros (+) The place was clean. Location was good.
Cons (-) Air conditioning was broken. Room was too hot and we couldn't do anything about it. Staff put an industrial fan in our room. Staff was very cold and didn't seem to care at all. Satellite tv was broken too so, no tv. When asked they said they are working on it. Happened due to a storm that broke the sattelite. Ironically there was no storm. Don't know what they were talking about as I live in the a...
