Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's location, cleanliness, and some friendly staff. However, there were significant complaints about poor service, lack of communication regarding closures, and issues with amenities such as WiFi, elevators, and food quality. Several guests also noted problems with restaurant reservations and the distance to main areas. While some found the atmosphere enjoyable and the property well-kept, negative experiences with customer service and limited amenities were common.AI-generated from customer reviews
