Naples hotels in Northern Naples

Pros: Excellent food, I also had dinner there. It is a little far but the shuttle was helpful

Cons: The room did not have enough electric outlets . Otherwise it was perfect. Need to add a gym with a treadmill and an ellypitcal machine to overlook the patio.

Pros: Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking Naples and it was beautiful. Breakfast had a great selection.

Cons: I am annoyed at the description of the location and ambience of the hotel that BOOKING.COM has allowed to be published on their site, it is completely misleading and is not a true representation. I’m sure tranquil and away from the hustle of Naples was used when in fact we could not safely walk out of the grounds as it was onto the road without a path and also very run down area. This would not have been as much a problem had we been able to eat in hotel but it was eerily deserted and resembled a dinner hall, same at breakfast, again I’m sure there was a complementary reference to dining ! I felt sorry for the staff who were so pleasant and as I say the room and hotel were very comfortable and clean but I really felt cheated in the overall description on your site.

Pros: Salvatore and the entire Ranch Palace team bend over backwards to make their guests stay enjoyable and comfortable. It is a family run hotel, and this shines through in the consideration and service provided.

Cons: Other guests have written about the distance of the hotel from the nearest Metro. We found that with the shuttle service, this was not a problem and we managed our itinerary accordingly. It is peaceful and relaxed at nights. If you want late nights in Naples, then you must consider the travel accordingly.

Pros: We are very pleased with our hotel choice. The property is stunning. The room was very, very clean and cosy. The staff at the front desk was very polite, helpful and professional. The restaurant service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Cons: Slightly out of Naples than we realised but the free shuttle service to the Metro station was very helpful.

Pros: The location was just a short cab ride from downtown and yet it felt as if you'd escaped the crowds and noise of the city. The room was spacious and had a private patio area. They also offer a shuttle service.

Pros: The staff was polite and tried to be helpful as much as possible (all though some spoke very litlle english), especially the owner, who is there daily, did everything to satify the needs of his guests. The room was fairly big, clean and comfortable.

Cons: The hotel is very remote from the center of Napoli, does not have any amenities (gym, pool, etc ) and also it lacks a decent lobby thus you really have nothing to do except watching TV in your room. The breakfast (and the restaurant itself) are OK but the selection is poor.

Pros: The hotel is excellent quality high up on a hill far from the wonderful chaos of Napoli the restaurant is extremely good - but the best of itt all is the owner. Always present always helpfulJ he showed us one of the most beatiful views we have ever seen. Our maximum points are lower than our gratitude and impression from true excellence.

Pros: The welcome was warm and friendly and the particularly helpful staff did everything and more to ensure that my wife and I had a comfortable and memorable stay at the hotel. The visit to Naples was enchanting. Now with so many happy memories including of course our stay the Ranch Palace, we will certainly be back.

Pros: Staff were attentive to all of our needs including arrangements to take us and bring us back from the nearest metro station and arranging a transfer to the airport. We were taken on some accompanied visits by hotel staff. Food and wine were excellent and reflected the local Neapolitan traditions. There was a very homely and friendly atmosphere which was reflected in the number of local people who used the restaurant (a good sign of value and quality). The hotel has excellent panoramic views over the inland part of Naples. Air conditioning/internet connection were standard. Our room was a mini- suite with a separate sitting room with larger screen tv

Cons: The hotel is being refurbished and although this has no impact on guests the initial visual impact is negative.

Pros: Mr. Salvatore is a great person. My evaluation score would be lower without him.Very good quality rooms. Shuttle service to/from subway is helpful. Free wifi and parking.

Cons: The breakfast was very neglected and weak. No fruits, eggs or a suitable choice of fruit juice. Only biscuits and jam.

Pros: My stay at the Ranch Palace was Fantastic!! The hotel staff was very professional and responsive and will do what it takes to make you feel at home. I enjoyed the authentic Italian food and the fact that they were willing to mix and match so suite me. Very clean and modern hotel with free internet and easy access to the sights. The shuttle is great. The 15 minute ride to the airport (non-peak); convenient. I would recommend this hotel over those in the city if you value tranquility and a priceless mountain view. The hotel staff (people) made all the difference. I give it an A++.

Pros: This is by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. The staff was very friendly and provided V.I.P. service to all the guest. The rooms were very spacious and had all the luxuries provided within. This is a classy hotel with the at home family environment. The food in the hotel was great.

Pros: The Staff at Ranch Palace Hotel was first class in every way, and often went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ammenities of the hotel are exceptional, and are without a doubt the best of any 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at. I look forward to staying there on my next trip to Naples, and will encourage my co-workers and associates to stay there as well.

Cons: I honestly cannot say anything negative about my stay at Ranch Palace.

Cons: The hotel is far from every tourist points of Napoli. If you take a bus near the hotel, it will take one hour and 30 minutes to go to the center and the distance is only 5 km!!! A taxi will cost about 20 euros and the parkings in the center cost 4 euros/hour.

Cons: Well, the smell in the room was something between tobacco and mold. Actually I have noticed some of it on the ceiling in the bathroom. The blanket was dirty and really thin. This is probably just a bed cover and so on...

Cons: I was told that no previous guest had ever asked for Vegan options. As a result I had to go out looking for soya milk, which I found easily along the street in a small supermarket. The carton had a 6-month life, making me think that the hotel could easily store a couple of cartons, just to be able to say, 'Yes, we can cater to your preference'. It would raise my appreciation levels enormously!

Cons: NO 4 STAR HOTEL - don’t waste your money here. rude as f*ck as the receptionist told me that i MUST speak italian because i‘m in italy after i asked if i could talk to someone who speaks english. also you have to pay a citytax of 18€ which is nowhere to be written. when i asked if i could talk to manager (not because of the tax - because of the unbelievable rude behavior of a person who works in a 4 star hotel) i got a simple „no“. all this happened after i had to wait 15 minutes after i rang the bell twice. how can they call themselves a „business hotel“ if the staff doesn‘t understand a word in english? the rooms are nothing special. in fact they are burning holes in curtains, stains on sheets, etc. all in all i can‘t recommend this hotel if you have the expectation of a 4 star hotel. oh and the breakfast is a massive JOKE as they serve you juice and water out of plastic cups! the chairs are cheap, uncomfortable and are different than the ones on the pictures you see online. also if you‘re really lucky, some lady who apparently works there too, will sit at the table next to you and look at you very annoyed and unhappy. arrivederci. you will never see me here again!
