Very personable and helpful staff. They're not often at the front desk, but are nearby, and always quick to reply via WhatsApp and quick to appear when needed. The room was great, with beautiful high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling doors that opened out to the street far below. Importantly, when the windows were closed virtually ALL street noise was silenced, and when the outer shutters were closed, almost all light was blocked. But you could open either to get more or less light/breeze/street sounds. Everything was clean, in good condition, and worked well. The property is on the 3rd floor of a building. The stairs to get between floors are quite charming and we always took them going down. Going up we opted for the elevator (which runs in the middle of the staircase) because the aforementioned high ceilings mean that even just three stories up is really quite a lot of stairs. I only disliked one thing: The elevator costs €0.20 to operate, but only when there is no one manning the desk downstairs. This situation was very confusing, and the desk is only manned during business hours and not even all of them, so fortunately we usually didn't need to pay, but if you find yourself coming and going a lot, particularly if you're carrying things, you might want to bring a lof of .20 coins with you. We didn't have any and tried two .10 coins which it accepted, but did not make the elevator move.
